Latina Beauty & LifeStyle

It’s that time of year again where we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15-October 15th. Here to tell us about some beauty and lifestyle products created by Latina entrepreneurs.

I’m thrilled to share with you on this special month some things on the market that are new to the scene and some Latina Icons you might be familiar with.

VAMIGAS- Latin American Clean Beauty an Wellness derived from Latin American Botanical.

Vamigas is an ethically sourced skincare brand created from Latin American botanicals using ingredients that have been used for centuries by people from Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Paraguay, Argentina and more. This skincare contains ingredients that are high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and high vitamin and fatty acid content. A vegan and Cruelty free brand that brings you pure natural ingredients from botanicals throughout Latin America.

Their most popular on this line is the Rosa MOsqueta and the Luz de Sur containing Maqui, Maracuja, Prickly Pear & Acai.

Elaluz

Camila Coehlo, global beauty ambassador now has a new clean make up beauty line called Elaluz. El laluz has gotten some great industry buzz and the bronzer sold out as soon as it was out to market, but now she has a new line of glossy lip glosses that are enriched and infused with oils to help nourish and keep your lips shiny through the Fall Days.

JLO Beauty

we can’t speak about Latina beauty without talking about JLO launched her JLO beauty, and it has been getting great reviews, especially the JLO serum to give that glow that everyone is trying to achieve. I also love that she has a smaller size sampler, so it’s easy to try out to see what is best for your skincare needs.

ITA jewelry

the ITA jewelry derives from La Isla del Encanto, that island in Puerto Rico. Her co-founder also from Istanbul, but they have theses gorgeous jewelry pieces that include the coqui necklaces- which is the frog that is traditional of the island of Puerto Rico and also their Tximiri ring with gemstones called Carnaval because so many of our Latin American Countries celebrate the Carnaval tradition. A gorgeous collection.

Frida Kahlo

Our most iconic Latina to date, Frida Kahlo and the official Frida Khalo Corporation paired up with Sass & Belle to create these adorable mugs and planters that are super cute as a gift or to have your morning tea with.
